Deutsche Bahn's busiest long-distance station. The meeting point is the platform; the escort knows the route through the concourse to the vehicle beforehand.
City Hall and Neuer Wall
City Hall (the Rathaus) houses the Senate and the Bürgerschaft (state parliament), with the Chamber of Commerce behind it. Can the car pull up at City Hall or on the Jungfernstieg?
Not on the Jungfernstieg, which is closed to private cars, and pulling up at City Hall is usually not possible either. DERLO therefore fixes a nearby drop-off point in advance and escorts you the last stretch on foot: to City Hall, to the Chamber of Commerce or to the shops on the Neuer Wall.

Yes, as far as the host allows. Under the international port security rules (ISPS Code), many port facilities can only be entered with a pass or prior registration. DERLO checks with the host in advance whether the escort can come onto the site.

Whether someone receives this protection is decided by the authorities after a threat assessment; it cannot be booked.
